GENERAL
By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legislation regarding the purchased products.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
The purchased product shall be delivered to the buyer’s address within the legal period of 30 days at the latest. If delivery does not occur within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, together with documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals where applicable.
If fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the buyer fails to pay for the product or if the payment is canceled by the bank, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days. Shipping costs in such cases shall be borne by the seller.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure circumstances, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or wait until the impediment is resolved.
In case of cancellation:
Payments made in cash shall be refunded within 14 days.
For credit card payments, the refund will be processed to the bank within 14 days. However, the bank’s processing time may take 2–3 weeks.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and should not accept damaged or defective goods. Once accepted, the product is deemed to have been received in good condition.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For service contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the date of signing. If the service has commenced with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The costs related to the withdrawal process are borne by the seller.
Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing within 14 days via registered mail, fax, or email.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The product must be returned together with the original invoice. (For corporate invoices, a return invoice is mandatory.)
The returned product must be complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The seller is obliged to refund the payment within 10 days following receipt of the withdrawal notice and to collect the goods within 20 days.
If a decrease in value occurs due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is responsible for such loss. However, the buyer shall not be held liable for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use.
If the withdrawal reduces the purchase amount below the campaign minimum threshold, the discount applied within the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products specially produced in line with the buyer’s personal requests or needs
Underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, and hygiene-sensitive items
Cosmetic and personal care products
Single-use products
Perishable goods or products with expired shelf life
Hygiene products with opened packaging
Products that are inseparable after delivery
Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines
Services performed electronically
Instantly delivered digital content
For products such as cosmetics, personal care items, underwear, swimwear, books, software, DVDs, CDs, and stationery consumables, returns are only accepted if unopened and unused.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they agree to pay interest in accordance with their agreement with the bank. The bank may initiate legal proceedings, and related expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
The seller reserves the right to claim damages arising from delayed payment.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payments may be made via bank transfer (EFT) to the designated bank accounts.
For credit card payments, online single-payment or installment options are available. The total amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of order confirmation.
